Getting started

Open Relavia, sign in with Apple, and answer a few gentle questions so Sage can get to know you. Then head to the Sage tab and tell it what's on your mind — anytime, day or night.

How Sage (the AI) works

Sage replies are generated by a third-party AI provider (Groq) through Relavia's secure server. It works instantly — no setup or key needed. Your messages are used only to craft a reply; they aren't stored on our servers or used to train AI. On supported iPhones, Sage can run privately on-device instead.

Reporting a reply

If Sage ever says something that feels off or inappropriate, touch and hold the reply and choose Report reply. We review every report. You can also email us directly at hello@spinosimedia.ch.

Your privacy & your data

Your journal entries and conversations are stored on your device. You can edit or delete any journal entry, clear what Sage remembers, delete conversations, and delete your account and all data at any time from Settings in the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is Relavia therapy?

No. Relavia offers caring, supportive content and a companion to talk to, but it is not therapy, counselling, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away — you'll also find helplines in the app under "If you need more support".

Frequently asked

Do I need to pay or add an API key?
No. The AI works for everyone out of the box, for free.

Does Relavia work offline?
Your journal and past conversations are always available offline. Generating a new AI reply needs a connection (unless your iPhone supports on-device AI).

How do I delete everything?
Settings → Delete account, or Settings → Start over. This permanently erases your data from the device.
